2011 HOSPITAL BREASTFEEDING RATES REPORT - COUNTY FACT SHEETS

Hospitals were excluded if they did not use the newest data collection form (Form D) for at least half of the births.

Eight counties had no hospital reporting on at least 50% of data on Form D: Siskiyou, Humboldt, Mendocino, Amador, Nevada, El Dorado, Tuolumne, Madera.

Using only Form D, 12 counties had too few births with known feeding to report: Alpine, Calaveras, Colusa, Glenn, Mariposa, Mono, Modoc, Plumas, San Benito, Sierra, Trinity, Yuba.
