IABLE’s 5th annual hybrid Clinical Breastfeeding Medicine Conference will be held in Portland, Oregon at the McMennamins Kennedy School Conference Center.
Our conference, as always, will be interactive with group learning in person and webinar on clinical breastfeeding medicine topics. The first day will be journal club, which was wildly successful at our 2022 conference. The second day will include ‘challenges in clinical breastfeeding medicine’ such as contraception counseling, low milk production, lactation among people with HIV, establishing a breastfeeding medicine practice, lactation among transgendered individuals, and more. Everyone will have the opportunity to participate! This conference is designed for anyone who is seeking social time with their breastfeeding medicine colleagues while gaining clinical skills via active learning.
