On behalf of the Santa Clara County Perinatal Equity Initiative, we are delighted to invite you to our virtual Perinatal Equity Conference on Wednesday, April 12, 2023, from 9:30am – 3:00pm. The illustrious list of speakers includes national experts in health equity for the perinatal population, with the goal of improving health outcomes for African Ancestry women and birthing people.

Please note: Registration is FREE and open to all who are interested in perinatal equity and systems change, and the content of our conference was curated with healthcare staff in mind. Registration closes at 8am PST on Friday, April 7th.
We will provide 3.5 hours of FREE Continuing Education Units (CE’s) for nurses. (Santa Clara County Public Health Nursing, Provider approved by the California Board of Registered Nursing, Provider Number 12849, for 3.5 contact hours)
