California Nutrition Corps Scholarships
The California Nutrition Corps is a scholarship fund established to support employees of California local WIC programs who are advancing their professional careers within the WIC program. The vision of California Nutrition Corps is to nurture and support individuals with the competency, talent, and dedication that are key to WIC’s proven effectiveness. Frontline WIC staff from the community, often graduates of WIC themselves, need more affordable, convenient and achievable opportunities in order to complete their educational goals and professional training.
Applicants may apply once per category, must be currently employed in a WIC program with at least 6 months of continuous employment at the time of application, and currently enrolled in a dietetic internship, undergraduate, or graduate program. Please contact Lena Workman with any questions.
